The Treehouse explores the relationship between home and landscape — a warm, layered interior shaped by the trees and natural surroundings beyond.

As part of a substantial renovation of the existing home, the interior was reimagined to create a stronger sense of character, warmth and connection. The kitchen was completely gutted and rebuilt, forming the foundation for a new palette of deep green, warm timber, copper and earthy clay tones that carries throughout the adjoining spaces.

Our approach focused on creating an interior that felt grounded and expressive, using natural materials, tactile textiles and considered furniture to complement the home’s bush setting. Rich colour and tonal variation bring depth, while softer, organic elements create a sense of ease and balance.

The Treehouse is an expression of relaxed, character-filled living — earthy, collected and deeply connected to the landscape that surrounds it.
